Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing any of our stocked items.

We accept Paypal and UK-Registered Credit / Debit Cards.

VAT

All prices that appear include VAT.

Shipping

We ship to UK addresses ONLY. Standard processing time is 5 working days from receipt of payment, however this may change due to demand.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you check the condition of your consignment when it arrives. If there is any evidence of damage to the packaging please ensure you sign for the item as 'damaged' as this will enable you and us to claim for any item which has been damaged in transit by the courier.

IMPORTANT: Once inspected any issues regarding the units condition or specification must be reported back to us with in 7 days of receipt.

Seven Day Money Back Guarantee

As a consumer (I.e. where you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business and you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract (other than for audio or software products which have been unsealed by you) and receive a refund from us.

You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within seven working days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you. Please send any issues of this nature to lauren.mcgowran@scc.com.

If you choose to cancel then you must return the goods to us at your cost and risk. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during the return journey. Your shipping cost will not be refunded.

Laptop Batteries

All of our laptops undergo a limited charging / hold charge battery test. In this test we aim to give the buyer between 1 - 1.5 hours of work time using the battery supplied.

It is recommended that, due to the age of some of these batteries, a new battery is purchsed as soon as possible to improve the laptops operational time.

Battery life is not covered in any warranty, unless the battery provides no work time at all.

Battery life can be increased by the correct laptop drivers being loaded and power savings been applied.

Warranty

Any warranty repair requests need to be reported back to us by mailing lauren.mcgowran@scc.com. Once the issue is reported we will issue returns instructions.


On receipt of the faulty unit we will:

    - Assess the unit to verify the fault. If this is found to be faulty and a grade B or above we will refund
  
This process should be completed with in 5 working days, if it is not please mail lauren.mcgowran@scc.com who will investigate further.

Grade A

A fully tested refurbished unit.

Will have scratches, scuffs and signs of use.

Operating System where applicable.

Options will be open box product in original packaging.

90 Day Warranty.

Grade B

Fully tested unit.

Will have scratches, scuffs and signs of use.

No operating system.

Not in original packaging.

45 day warranty.

This will not include a PSU.

Grade C

Damaged units sold for spares only.

No returns accepted.

This will have missing parts and plastics.

This will not include PSU
